VMOU Admissions 2023: MAT 2023 (September) registration has begun. The last date for PBT online registration is August 29, 2023. MAT 2023 (September) PBT test is scheduled for September 3, 2023. VMOU applications for the promoted students for the admission session July 2023 have begun. The application process will end on July 31, 2023. Also, the VMOU PhD direct admission process is ongoing. The university will notify separately for VMOU admissions July 2023 for new candidates.    Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, previously known as Kota Open University, was founded in 1987 as Rajasthan's first open learning institution.
